Google sign-in

We receive your Google account ID, name and email to create your account and keep you signed in. We do not request Gmail, Drive or contact access.

Photos and video processing

We resize your two photos and remove embedded metadata before processing. When you purchase and start a video, APIMart and its model providers receive your photos and instructions to compose the preview, review character references and edit the video. Your approved assets are also stored in the provider’s material library under its retention policies. We do not put customer uploads in the public gallery or train our own models on them.

Storage and retention

Our application data is hosted by Cloudflare. Photo and result endpoints require the owning account. Website photos and video files are retained for seven days, except photos needed by an unfinished job. Download and save your MP4 within seven days. Account, order and task records remain as needed for service, accounting and disputes. Provider material-library retention is separate from our website file retention.

Payments and cookies

PayPal processes payment details; we store the order reference and status, not full card details. Essential cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage preserves payment return references across redirects.

Visit measurement

A random first-party identifier lasting 24 hours records the first page, referring hostname, campaign source, approximate country and device category. After sign-in we connect it to your internal account ID to measure payment, generation and download. We exclude identified bots and marked internal tests. We keep these records for 90 days; they do not store photo contents, full referrer URLs or search queries. You can exclude this browser by opening /?analytics=off.

External media and your choices

The optional original-trend player loads from TikTok when you click it; TikTok processes that request under its own policies. You may revoke Google access from your Google account or contact us to request deletion.
